I dealt with 2 sales associates and one manager. Their names are Milena, Stephanie, and Sophia. All of them were very helpful and knowledgeable. At first, I wasn't going to buy anything but then I ended up buying something because of the great advice the manager Sophia gave me. They also exchanged a broken charm for me as well as clean my bracelets that I had previously bought and worn to the store. I live in Suffolk County NY and the closest Pandora to me is in Massapequa, NY in the Sunrise Mall. I did not like how I was treated in the Massapequa Pandora and have not returned. I will continue traveling to Queens for better treatment. These ladies were very pleasant to deal with. The store was extremely packed because of the sale that you were running but they did not let that affect their mood. I must compliment the whole team that night. They cleared out the entire store in no time and everyone left with a smile. I have no idea how they did it. They are a wonderful bunch of people and always make my experience pleasurable. Just an FYI this is my second time coming to this location.

In my opinion the jewlery that was being sold was very fashionable and affordable for me. The structure and the sanitation of the store was very good, and a perfect showcase of excellent customer service
