I was bringing back the crystal pacifier that broke 2 times and this time they recomanded a different one,I paid the difference.Sad to say I really like the pacifier but it was an inconvenience to keep bringing it back.

I went in to clean my bracelets and the person who attended me was very helpful and welcoming. He explained how to care for my bracelets to ensure they last a long time. He also informed me of things I should do while having my bracelet on. He was so nice enough to give me a little bag to store my bracelets because I told him I never had one.

I was really stressed about my broken bracelet , I didn’t think they can fix it or even enhange it I thought I was going to have to buy another one even though my bracelet literally just fell apart and the sales associate took a weight off my shoulder by instantly exchanging my broken one for a new one

Excellent customer service provided by an excellent sales associate. When I first came in to the store I wasn't sure what I wanted. Stephanie, one of your sales associates who was assisting me made me feel welcomed, and assisted me with a lot of patience. She truly made me feel special. I purchased a couple of bracelets and charms and I love them all. They are absolutely beautiful!!!
