The associate that helped me pick out charms for a necklace was very helpful. When she realized that one of the charms was not on sale she informed me that she had a similar one on sale. I appreciated her understanding that I wanted to buy from pandora but I also wanted to save money. I ended up buying 3 charms and even a chain. The way she set up the charms on the necklace where beautiful. Everyone was friendly and kind.

Alba was extremely knowledgeable about the merchandise. Her patience made my shopping experience memorable. She provided an opinion when I couldn't make up my mind and she offered suggestions when needed. She was amazing! I would not only suggest this location but that particular sales associate.

The woman who assisted us was very helpful in helping us find what we wanted.What I liked most was she didn't try to constantly convince me to buy other items along with what I was purchasing. All the staff members were very friendly, nice, and helpful in a timely manner considering that the store was a little crowded.
