They were very knowledgeable and great listener

Lorena was attentive and patient. Good experience.

First there was no line. Sometimes when there is promotion/ sale the line could be outside. Second I was served right away.. Third the sales associate was knowledgeable about the merchandise. She really tried to make me happy with my purchase. She was also very patient with my indesciveness.

Everyone in the store was very friendly. Esteban was able to answer all my questions and helped me pick a gift, as well as, for myself. He gave me multiple options and very knowledgeable.

Me gusta la atención de la chica,me sentí comoda en la tienda,me hicieron sentir importante,y tiendas asi merecen la pena visitar y comprar.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because the employees helped me pick out something for my girlfriend and she loved it.

Need more friendly services

When I enter the store I was greeted politely. I was also asked what I was looking for, an I have shown the sales associate on my phone the item I was searching for, she had told me that the item was in stock. She told me that I had to wait for the next sales associate to attend me. After waiting a little over 35 minutes, the same sales associate that greeted me had attended me. She was polite and she shown me the item I had shown her in the beginning when I first enter the store. If she had attended me when I had shown her what I was searching for, I would of been out of there very sooner then I should have. Other then that, the deal was done I left being somewhat happy.

There wasn’t any last chance items available in store. Some of the items I want to see in person was available as well. Overall enjoy my experience.
