Over all rep was nice but I feel everyone the reps show me the expensive charms rather than more affordable ones. when asked if they had any in the $35-45 range they would say ummm and come back with nothing until I showed her the items online in that range and then after they would look for them and show me. I have spent well over $1000 in 2 weeks in 3 visits And took out the credit card and no discount but 10%, they had no free jewelry cleaner kit (sold out) but gave me an open box one, no jewelry box (sold out), it’s a bit harsh. I won’t be going there anymore. I got my bracelet and my daughters but I would rather review it on tiktok and go with another brand similar to Pandora.

The store wasn’t full of people it was only 2 customers already been helped when I walked in the associates saw me but didn’t even asked what I need; they just continue talking to each other and I have to wait until one of the other associates finish with the customer so she can helped me.

I have a birthday coupon that I was unable to use. Although it scanned, it didn't take anything off the price. The manager said it's "probably" because it's a collaborative piece. Nowhere on the coupon does it list a disclaimer about not being able to use it on certain items. In a situation like that, the manager should of been able to manually add the discount to my purchase. I went with the intention of getting a little treat(discount) on a birthday gift to myself.
