All the Disney charms and bracelets that we have purchased are defective and are broken. We have spent a lot of money on these items now not being able to wear them.

My husband had problems with accommodating on my charm bracelet the representative gave him problems about fixing my charm bracelet but when he went back they treated him much better. He's bought a lot of charm bracelets.

You have to wait forever for sales person to serve you. Some party who were later than us got served before us. There is no signin system. Once the sales person came to us, she was very nice
