My bracelet was extremely tarnished after only wearing it twice. It was put away in the pandora bag and case basically since Christmas 2020 and worn for a few hours. This is my first bracelet and I thought I was taking care of it by leaving it in the bag away from the air. When I arrived at the store my sales associate was extremely kind, I found out the store was out of solution to clean the jewelry. Again it’s my first one inquiring about this, I just wish they were able to clean it for me. Instead I was able to purchase the cleaning kit and my Jewelry now looks like new. Pandora is expensive so I try not to wear it often unless I’m going out for an occasion, but will probably wear them more now.

Very easy to find a person to help me and was kind and I was able to find my charms even though they didn’t have one I was looking for

The customer service is a little slow , they don’t allow you to see al charms at once, they ask you what do you want and then they bring you some of those, for me and for many I know is better to decide when you see a lot of the charms , it’s not the same seeing them in a book than in person.

Fewer options on the promo available. Few minutes wait time for assistance. Colors that I wanted was not available

At this location there were only 3 associates helping out customers and 1 associate who was “observing”. When I approached her for assistance she informed me that I’ll have to wait for one of the (three) associates to help me with my purchase. I just wanted to know the price for one of the charms that didn’t have a price tag.

My answer was not highly satisfied because there was not a lot of selection. I would’ve loved to see more of the items I was looking for.
