The service could’ve been faster in its assistance. I did enjoy their hospitality and I did love their products. The selection of choices was great.

I’m satisfied with my purchase & the person that help me take her time to show me all the available sizes & item suggestions she make. She didn’t rush me. She even clean the jewelry before handing it to me. Only bad experience is form last time I was there last time when I was rush by sales person & the bracelet I bought was old & it’s keep on coming off my wrist first time I used it. I’d line to have it exchange but I’m not sure if it’s possible because it’s a final sale. I hope it will take into consideration but this last purchase Pricilla is very nice & really take her time to have me choose that I like even.

Al momento en que llegamos a la tienda nos atendió una chica llamada Ana Sofía o Danna no recuerdo bien y fue muy prepotente y grosera, me pidió mis datos para el registro y le dije yo ya estoy registrada y me dijo no, tu no estás registrada sin ni saber mis datos Otra chica que estaba allí le dijo que ella nos atendía y nos atendió muy bien, allí con solo mi correo ella se dió cuenta que si estaba registrada en su sistema

The charm I went to buy is unavailable till Christmas time

I was not highly satisfied because I wanted a certain item i already checked out. when i picked it the associate kept saying that one was not good to get a different one.
