Because the products that I was looking for was available. There was no lines outside of the store so I received quick service. Sales associate assisted me putting together a bracelet and had ideas.

Felt alittle rushed after the charms I picked didn't fit the bracelet I wanted I felt they could have explained a little more I didn't no the bracelet I finally purchased want the right size and I would only be able to get certain charms for it

I had 2 $10 gift cards from the survey's and they did not work. The salesperson was very nice and friendly to me and tried everything in her power to help me but it did not satisfy me in the end. It was really inconvenient for me to not use these gift cards because they should tell me it comes with an expiration date which is what the sales person was told by the manager I did not believe it and I was left a little unhappy.

If you are new to pandora it is difficult to really see all the choices you have without being free to roam from showcase box to showcase box, I might gave purchased more if I could visually see other bracelets, charms etc., but I just bought the basic classic bracelets as gifts because it seems you have to know what you want before hand, or depend on your sales associate. Just my opinion as first time buyer.
