My intention on coming to the store was to exchange a bracelet for the bigger size. I SPECIFICALLY stated what I wanted. Instead I was met with other items I did not ask for and I saw the item in the display the rep stated it came with a free charm. If the charm was free I shouldn’t have had to pay any additional money. I brought the bracelet on Black Friday and a exchange cost me more money same bracelet . I did not like that. The first item was 175$ and nowhere near the color I was referring to it’s annoying to tell someone what you want 3 times and they show you want they want . I get it upselling is the goal. But if a person just wants a simple exchange all of that shouldn’t be done. I wanted to buy product for my daughter but decided I will just buy online and exchange that way. Rep was very friendly but the whole transaction was off too me.

I came during Black Friday so it was full! I couldn’t walk or see freely the merchandise and the girls seemed to be in a hurry to sale and attend another client

one of the sales associates was rude about my sister and i not wanting to purchase a bracelet when we really only came in for rings and just wanted to see the rest

I visited the store to look around the earrings , however, the store did not have many earrings than I expected. However, the associates were friendly as possible.

Jessica was great. However I felt as if she was just pushing sales on to me. I came during a promotion and the bracelet I choose was not available, she didn’t give me the option to get it online and just gave me another bracelet that I will have to exchange at another Pandora. Also she never told me about this survey I just happen to know from another store I visited in ATL. Also I was unable to use my Military discount due to the promotion and since that was the case I didn’t want to continue with my purchase b/c it was spend $125 get a free bracelet but if I wanted to upgrade I wouldn’t get my military discount off the difference which I thought was unfair. I could have upgraded to a different bracelet even though I spent enough to get 3 free bracelets I would have had to spend the difference on 2 of them w/o my military discount. Instead of them letting get the upgrade one to cover the difference and get 2 bracelets instead of 3. But she said I couldn’t do that either. So I just purchased enough for the 2 free bracelets it upgraded 1. Although I still didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t get my military discount on it.
