I currently do have any complainants.

Had to wait a long time in line . That's was the only real complaint I have to say. There was only 3 associates working which there should have been at least 4 because it was a Friday.

The store was nice and so was the sales person very kind and hekpfull

Had a good experience, no complaints

I wanted my bracelet cleaned after I had purchased 2 charms and I was told I would have to come back the next day therefore I was disappointed.

Actually everything and everyone was really patience and friendly staff. The mall had a line going on which felt external however I ended up staying due to seeing the smiling faces of other satisfied customers. I would appreciate if the space had more available space to walk through

Was going back to the Store to make another purchase but store close half hour before advertise time

Every time I go to this particular store, there is ALWAYS an issue using the Pandora credit card. After 3 tries, the sales associate was basically telling me I should use another form of payment---Now, why would I do that? She went to the Manager which was not helpful at all. In the end, when I was going to just leave the merchandise, she tried another machine, and it magically went through after her 5th try on the previous machine.
