The line outside the store was long and if I didn’t have to buy a gift I would not have waited. The process to purchase should not be so painful. Th store should also have more people on staff to assist. The shopping experience was very unpleasant although the sales people were friendly I still would not go back

I don't understand how such a large company doesn't give a token of appreciation after spending $500. I've brought thousands of dollars worth of stuff & had the clasp open on 1 of my bracelets & lost $$400 in value.U should give safety chains with a purchase of $200 or more on charms!

I was highly satisfied because the sales that attended me was very courteous and attentive of what I wanted to shop. She was very kind to me and my family.

Employee was kind and helpful. The exchange was smooth and the addition of the new part onto the bracelet was effortless. She was super friendly and helpful and even helped with the proper emailing of the bill

Had a good experience, only issue was other customers talking the associates ears off. Associates were polite, my issue were the customers constant talking about everything.
