The young lady who was “helping” me didn’t seem to interested to help me out. Pretty much all she did was show two rings and called it a day. She didn’t tell me the size she pulled out for me. She just seemed very angry to work there.

the wait wasn’t long the sales associate moved quickly but she had a slight attitude and tried to make me spend 200$ over my budget.

I got nothing to buy!

Pandora jewelry is beautiful but it’s too expensive for the merchant to change colors I bought my daughter a ring last Christmas and her ring change color even if you clean it with the Pandora solution. The quality should be better for the price that I’m paying for the merchandise l.

Some favorite charms was out of stock.

My issue started just as I entered the store with your morning supervisor! The sales associate (Paola) was very pleasant and helpful. I got home and realized a difference in prices...called the store and the evening supervisor.. was not pleasant at all! RUDE

I was very satisfied with the experience, the only thing I thing could have been better was the inventory availability of the particular piece I was looking for. That is ofcourse, no one's fault. It is a very popular item and it IS the holiday season!

I really like pandora and the one in QCM is the one I always go to because the workers are nice and work really fast

The customer service is great. I didn’t feel forced to purchase anything due to the patience the employee has. I was introduced to many products that suited me personally which I loved.

The experience was average. Sales person tried to make me purchase other items I didn’t come there for.
