its my first time to visit in the location, im satisfied in everything. for me giving highly satisfied means extraordinary, for me visiting there is is perfect, satisfied. the lady who assist us is friendly, accommodating.

I brought back a bracelet that had broke and the sales person was ready to replace it. I had recently purchased before pandemic. There was no more in stock or at other stores, so I had to pay $65 00 for another bracelet to upgrade, I have purchased many charms from you. I just felt like I should not had to pay anymore money. The representative was very courteous.

Good cuality

It just takes a little longer to wait and not being able to physically see the product before purchasing it

Did everything over the phone..The person was knowledgeable. The person has helped me before

I answered,"neither dissatisfied or satisfied "because I did curbside. So as for music,cleanliness and any other question that dealt with the inside of the store. Doesn't apply.

Overall was very good The only little issue was that they were 3 sales ladies . 2 of them helping customer. Other one wondering around and not acknowledging me for a good minute.

The store was a bit crowded and there was no line so I didn't notice a sign there the sales associate made me go stand at the sign before actually helping me. And she was clearly free she could have just helped me
