Not enough salespeople long wait outside and inside

Not highly satisfied because the sales associate was flirting with another associate while doing the sale and he forgot about another charm I had ask for.

The Associate who assisted me gave me the qrong charm, now i have to go back to exchange it. They were to busy for the 35% OFF and tried to hurry up so i felt pressured to select what i want

When I first walked in I didn’t know there was a line in the far left someone should’ve told us like when your ready or if you need help make a line and you’ll be help rather then walking around like a chicken without a head and having to ask for help.

My second time going there, I was satisfied so the next time there I will see, because by far their customer service is on point.

The sales associate that helped me was incredibly nice and helpful. My disappointment is with the rings I purchased. I bought them Tuesday night, wore them to work on Wednesday. Thursday morning I go to put them on and one ring is missing a stone. I barely wore them. I type all day and I can't type with jewelry so I take them off as soon as I get to work. I also take off all jewelry when I get home. I had the rings on for at most 3-4 hours.

Not much variety to choose from. Kind of pricy
