I bought the new pandora reflexions bracelet and some charms. The first day i used my new bracelet one of the charms fell off. Luckily it fell in my friends house, so i was able to fund it. But u worry it will happen again.

I had to drop off my bracelet for cleaning and the associate was nice enough to do it for me. I also point out the fact that one of the charm is falling apart and they happily exchanged it into a new one even though it's been 4 years since I got it. Very happy with the way they handled the situation. No questions asked but only the name and email of the account holder which is logical.

Not so highly satisfied with pandora because the quality is not good. I’ve received gift for my birthday for over 3 years and all turn BLACK AND HAVE A BAD SMELL !!

First, there is always room for improvement. Two, I did not realize that I had to wait at a specific area in order to be served. One of the sales reps did politely advise me of this fact when I then proceeded to the queue. Perhaps some kind of pink circles on the floor with the Pandora symbol, or something of that nature, and the queue line could be pink as well to make it stand out more.
