The lady that was helping me was just giving me rings that I wasn't into and when I give her the one I wanted she looked for it and then give it to me with attitude, when I paid and left she didn't even said bye.

My biggest problem with pandora is it lack of more diverse assortment of Disney princess charms. I’ve have yet to see princess Tina or Moana produced.

The store should expand to be more spacious and a fee more workers. The store is very unique to their jewelry. The store deserves to be bigger and seek for more designs on charms and necklaces. More discounts or coupons for members or first-time purchase.

There could have been more sale associates available to assist the customers. There were not that many people ahead of me on line however, the lack of staff increased wait times.

The store was crowded most the items were unavailable in my size. Some of the associates made me feel uncomfortable because of their attitudes.

The lines are long and you have to waste a lot of your free time in line waiting for the staff to help. You should get more staff so that lines are shorter for consumers. I’m more likely to order online from pandora than go to the store simply to avoid the long wait in lines. The only issue with ordering online is that there is no pandora app available for Queens Central Mall.

It’s not that I wasn’t highly satisfied it’s just the holiday season and the long line was something. But apart from that it was a really fantastic experience.
