I’m satisfied, but I feel like with the holidays . We should have more sales with pandora.

Need more variety on the charms ... The spacers need to come in sets...

I believe your manual cashing process holds up the lines and when busy the lines are too long and takes clients are shopping so associates can take a long time with their clients. I was there earlier in the week as well but left as the line while not too long wasn’t moving.

The associate was not very knowledgeable of the items

Two earrings that I wanted were out of stock but that’s okay :)

I felt a bit rushed and would've liked to look around more. I also would've liked to receive new charms in packaging. Other than that can't complain.

Bought bracelets, but sales associate never asked us about what size we wanted.
