Had to wait a while for some one to attend to me. Need more associates to assist customers

Had to make a line and wait to be assisted. Also, didn't have the ring that I wanted to purchase.

There is no one there to guide you. Stood around trying to figure out how to get some assistance. Then they had one person helping the line move along. So waited awhile. But the lady who helped me was very nice.

No one tried to help me when I walked in the store, I stood waiting for someone to approach me for about 15 minutes until finally I approached a girl that seemed friendly

I originally ordered 6 items online. Two were heart shaped clips, online did not mention they were meant for a small bracelet and they would not fit over the barrels on the bracelet. One heart clip was also missing a stone upon arrival to my home. I brought them to the store to exchange for regular sized clips. At first the girl was not too friendly, when she realized in addition to my exchange I was also open to making an additional purchase she became a little friendlier. I ended up spending another $170. I love my bracelet. So I’ll be back despite.

I did not get the items that I wanted. I had all details before going to the store. Store associated gave me an icon nature charm instead of the angelic feathers charm that I asked for. I also requestested for love & kisses heart the store called for the back room to locate, I never got an answer as to whether the charm was available. I ended up buying other charms.

The store was pretty small and there was a lot of people waiting with not a lot of sale associate

Crowded, sales associates talking too much anongst each other while people were waiting to be helped

Sales associate will inform me the promotion before purchasing and knows its product pretty well.
