Kate from the queens center mall branch was very patient,knowledgeable and help me make beautiful choices

I was very happy but the queens center mall store is always very busy and the wait time is long i come on my lunch break so i know what i want but have to leave because its so busy.

I went into the store with certain pieces in mind to buy; I ended up not buying any of the items that I originally wanted because they were no longer in stock. Though this is not the fault of the employees or store, I did not leave feeling highly satisfied.

I was waiting for quite a while to get assistance.While workers just layed there lazy.But sooner or later they caught my attention and helped me.

It looks beautiful, I love it but it’s very pricey...also was pulling my hair from time to time.

En lo unico que no estuve muy satisfecha fue en la limpieza de mi pulsera. Creo que necesitan mas personal para que la persona que este limpiando su articulo no este deprisa por terminar con usted y pueda hacer un mejor trabajo y con mas calma.
