Pandora Jewelry

I went to store when the 45% off sale just started. I was about to shop online but most of the items were sold out. That was the reason I went to Store. However, I waited an hour to go in and start to shop. It was good to have 1 on 1 service though. My main purpose was buy sale items and get out that mall but I had to pay for extra parking fee since I waited on the line for an hour. Othet than that I was fully satisfied.

I wanted to explore more options for creating my bracelet.

The first time I went to the Pandora store, I was not greeted kindly. I went back 3 days later to get my friend a birthday gift. There was a very long line to enter the store. I asked the staff if they had a extra pandora book so that I can look through quickly and pick the charm, they said they didn't have anymore I had to look online.

Staff very pleasant and offered to help

This store is always clean and most of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I went into the store to exchange a charm that was broken. I ended up purchasing about 13 new charms but I think I should have only had to purchase 11. I was promised a great discount but only got 25% and a free new bracelet. Only because the other one had two stuck charms on it and the bracelet got damaged when trying to take it off. I had to purchase the 2 charms that were stuck on the bracelet. I think they should have been free.

They tried to sell me other stuff that i felt that i really did not want. I came for just one item for my gf and they wanted to sell me another charm or other stuff. I do not like to be pressured when i come to a store.

The main reason why I wasn't highly satisfied with my Pandora experience is because once I added the bought item on my brackets I asked the sales associate to clean my bracelet and she only took a cloth and basically just wipe it down.... I know when you get your jewelry cleaned by them they take it for 10-15 minutes while I continue my shopping .. my bracelet is still dirty.

When I walked into the store the sales person saw me watching the bangle and sent me stand in the line but there was no one in the line.

The staff were very helpful and was available to assist. service was prompt and the staff recommended other items that i loved.
