I was looking for an item for my daughter it was not in stock. However the associate let me know that it was discontinue.

The experience overall was satisfied but 2 of the charms I bought it upsets me very much becouse it is written only in one side of it and I bought it just because of what it says and it never shows because it is only from one side. That is very disappointing.

I was not able to get a refund from on difference of items that I purchase the day before because that wasn’t the original store were I purchase that first item.

I took the time to visit a Pandora location because it was recommended by my daughter. The outside of the store and the different signs were very welcoming. However, once inside and reviewing selections. I was disappointed to learn that I wouldn't be able to tell my unique story with a Pandora bracelet. As a proud member of the US ARMY, I couldn't understand why a charm for the Armed Forces wasn't available. Yet, I saw a Police Charm, Charms for even Halloween. But, the MEN and WOMEN who put their lives on the line for this country for others to live freely isn't represented at Pandora.

No one in the store told me that there was a specific line that I had to stand in to be serviced and by the time one of them were free and I asked for help and they let me know two peopled walked in after me and got on the line and now they were ahead of me
