Pandora Jewelry

The wait time was reasonable. I had a palm tree charm I had purchased back in October and did not have the receipt. However the manager of the store exchange the charm for me with no hassle. I also made another purchase while at the store and it went very smoothly, I even had my bracelets cleaned.

I am highly satisfied by the quality of the items I purchased as well as the staff that help me get my first pandora bracelet together. Although the items are a bit pricey I think it is worth of buying. I will definitely come back to this store and buy more charms.

The waiting time is a bit much. For such a high volume store. That needs to be address with one or two more sells associates. Price points are a little much for what is being offered. It would have been nice to have some on going sales items as well.

LINES TOO LONG NEED MORE STAFF

I was satisfy but when people look at the 35% they think is for everything when it reality it is not. In the beginning i thought it was for each piece but two out of the six pieces i picked did not have the 35% off. I ended up buying everything because I didn't want to be rude and return some of the stuff, but I think it should be specified right away.
