Sales person was not very knowledgeable on the options available on the merchandise.

Me gustó mucho el lugar, la gente y lo que compre, pero en ocasiones anteriores, me ha dado mucha dificultad encontrar lo que busco. Pero por lo demás me gusta la tienda y me encanta que tengan personas que hablan español.

Prices and variety is more for rings that for bracelets

This particular Pandora as all of them are very clean and have nice sales associates. I feel that there should have been more on staff that day because it was a holiday weekend and Pandora was having a sale. Even though I had to wait longer than I expected to it was well organized without any confusion.

No clear indication of where to wait or form a line since this location is busy

The charm I was looking for was not available. And the the sales associate had a hard time looking and finding other ones that I was interested in.

Customer service was rude. I asked him to take out two items, when I asked to take it back that I only wanted to see it, he rolled his eyes. Very unprofessional
