Experience in store is ok, sales person was ok, fell like he is not interested to show me more items without I asked. Whatever I asked he showed. But some items I want he just look around and said out of stock. Its ok but I give some of them 45%as sales persons.

The salesperson wasn’t find the price of the charm I asked for. She took long time to give me the price and to buy a simple charm, also other coworkers don’t knew the price either

An associate said to wait by the door, while doing so a couple of people went in, so I told such associate what happened she ignored what I said, when I spoke up someone else which I believe was the manager came up giving a nasty attitude saying I was disrespecting her which I never did.

I was being rushed because there was a line and the sales associate did not know what was and was not in stock. Every time she went to look for something she was worrying about pulling her shirt down from the back, very inappropriate and unprofessional to me.

Pandora was unable to fix a bracelet that I have which needs repair. They said they couldn’t exchange or repair it. Not fair for a returning customer
