Upon visiting the Pandora store, I asked for assistance in fixing an old Pandora leather bracelet. I was informed that Pandora’s only solution to fixing a broken bracelet is to have a one year warranty on it. This was very dissatisfying to hear, because of the high prices that the company has on their merchandise and owning such jewelry should come with more adequate solutions. Now the only thing I can do with this bracelet, is throw it out or go to another jeweler to fix it for me. As a long-term customer, please reconsider your solutions to such problems.

The associate would not bring the tray closer so I could see the charms. I told her multiple times I could not see and asked if she could bring the tray closer so I could see. She barely moved the tray closer so I could see. Each charm I liked I had to ask her what did the words say.

While I went into the store for sale merchandise.. it seemed as though the salesperson continued to offer me things that I was not interested in..Also there was no offer to clean my bracelet with the purchase of a new charm..
