I was satisfied with my jewelry but not with a few of the workers because they need to be more professional and show they’re there to work and not just there to model, they do their self up so much when they see guys and the way they dress for work tells a lot about them ... Bad for business because that is a store for girls no need to attract them by unbutton shirt so they can almost see the nipple or staring in their eyes for attention ... They just need to be more professional and get to the point in the right way ..

The staff is not friendly and tried to push me to pay before everything done. I wanna try ifthe charms could fit on my bracelet but she keep asking me to pay first and when she took all my charms out of my bracelet she did on the table not doing it on the black velvet box/board to save my charms clean and save. Which both of these reasons upsetting me.

I believe the they should be able to explain to the costumer the difference between the items.

Inventory for things was low or didn’t have it at all and when we paid we did not like the way it was processed.

This Pandora location has very moody associates. Thankfully this time the associate that assisted me was friendly. However the person who asked me to wait outside was not as polite. They also had enough space to take more clients but were not taking more.

There were no different price options for the item that I wanted. Online I had the option of low, medium or high priced items. I don’t think it’s fair for Pandora take advantage of the pandemic to price gouge and take advantage of their customers buy not offering items at different price points knowing that customers don’t have the ability to comparison shop.

I plan to buy a whole set of bracelets for the Nee Year theme; however, there’s no one assisted me with it so I just bought the cleaner and left unsatisfied without buying the whole bracelet.

Sales rep seemed un interested. Felt rushed I was interested in a item .she told me it was not on sale ..I now found it online and it is on sale

The employees here don’t make you feel welcomed. I get it it’s after holiday season. But the rushing you out and whatever attitude is not needed.

Waiting time 30min or more just to enter the Pandora store too long!!! If you want to exchange or something else you have to wait another 30-40min before you enter the store
