I'm talking about my visit to Pandora at Jersey Gardens, NJ. When I got home there was a missing charm. I called the store and they said they were going to check the cameras. Fine, ok, but I never got a call back and am still missing a charm that was paid for.

I had to go and look for a salesperson, instead of them approaching me. Salesperson not eager to accommodate your wants , but tries to push what is in the store. This happened more than once.

The sales associate was very pushy and she only wanted to show us the most expensive items in the store. I told her to show us the least expensive or average priced items, she still insisted oh showing us the most expensive items.

Because I was missed inform about the cleaning kit and if it wasn't because I had to get the bracelet exchanged because it got damaged a day later after purchasing I wouldn't have known that the cleaning kit was not working as explained. This the reason why I was not satisfied with my purchase.

I buy a secure chain for not lose the charms and the charms already felt and it's my second day with it and I have to came back to they fix it? The I was there the host was very rude the only one who treat me like a customer was the sales representative but the first row ladies stand up in fro t of the line was just talking looking me horrible for interrupting their conversation and they are supposed to work not gossip.

I was looking for blue colored beads that I had purchased there before and they did not have any nor did they offer to order them for me. Also you were running a sale 30% off one item, 40% off 2 items. I purchased a ring and I did not get 30% off. The sales person said it was on certain items. But your sign did not mention that.

The size of the store limits the amount of people that are let in. It was a 40 minute wait in line just to get into the store. Where you select your items. And then you get back into a separate line to pay. I think after all the waiting just to get into the store the most efficient thing to do would be to be able to pay after you select your items rather than getting back in another long line

The associate that rang me up did not give me my receipt and when I called the next day, I was advised it would be emailed and never was
