The layout of a line to wait for actual help is terrible. I don’t understand why customers can’t look and associates can’t multitask and help more than one client at a time. I understand that this is done to make the experience seem more high end but what you end up with is customers who are waiting in a line of two people for over twenty minutes. It’s incredibly frustrating to see a store fully staffed, and STILL HAVE TO WAIT half an hour, especially when you already know what it is you need. The lay out of the service experience is outdated and makes what should be an in and out trip into a drawn out regretful event. Even if each associate helped two clients at a time, your wait time would divide in half. My mother and best friend love your charms, and I like to see everything before I commit to buying it, which is the only reason I shop at this store. The associates are nice enough but they are handicapped when it comes to their service because they’re only helping one person at a time. It ends up taking too long, and these products are not cheap.

Durante el pago de la mercancia estaban cobrando 70 dolares mas ,al parecer alguien se equivoco en valorar lo que se compro , el bangle que estaba free no lo tenian , lo dejaron pendiente , al parecer estaban incluyendo lo free como cobro

I was not offered assistance when I walked in. I was inquiring about the rose gold charms and I was directed to pick up a book and look to see what I want. I asked to see the ring and I was ignored. Had to repeat myself.

The ratio of customers to associates, there seems to always be a line

First of all the line was ridiculous long outside the store, and even though there was enough associates available I never understood why for every 4 to 5 customer that came out of the store just 1 was going on. I'm pregnant and had to wait 45 mins aoutside trying to get a gift for my cousin.

The sales associate was rushing ... Not giving me time to decide. Keep asking “is that all, what next”. Was not willing to show me the sale items. I specifically came in because of the sales..

The sales associate who “helped” me looked annoyed and did not help with the questions I was asking about the merchandise. Also, she was on the phone with a customer and took about 10 mins on the call instead of ringing me up for the merchandise. When I asked her about a specific item since I did not see it on the selection, she brought it out and was ready to ring me up. When I asked her if I could at least see the item before buying it she looked annoyed and showed it to me. She then took the phone call while I was in line ready to check out. She had me waiting for 10 mins while she was on the phone call until she rung me up meanwhile there was a line forming behind me. Overall the sales associate looked like she did not want to be there and had an attitude that even other people noticed since they kept looking at us.
