Employees attitude was not very friendly. Everything was rushed. If I didn’t need the things I needed I would’ve just left. I wish some of the employees were more welcoming of costmers.

Porque hay una promoción de un bracelet pero no hay de mi talla y ahora tengo que investigar en que tienda me pueden cambiar por mi talla y me quedan muy lejos de donde vivo..

Llegue a la tienda y todos los empleados estaban platicando y no me atendían, después se un rato se me hacerlo una señorita y no me gustó en la manera que fue muy déspota cuando yo le pedí ver unos charms me atendió muy rápido y fue muy rasista...

Buenas tardes la verdad siendo sincera no tuvo para nada un buen servicio al cliente fue como discriminación ,no supo cómo expresarse ni saber dar un buen servicio ,solo por que uno no hable inglés fue tan grocera y usando discriminación

I went to the store with a mail order that i had recieved . It had all the items in the box I wanted to exchange item for a larger size . Sales lady asked for email . I showed her the packing slip that said to return to store bring same i showed her and she said no that’s no good ???, She wanted the email so i gave her the email and nothing came up on her side ???no, she said no order there “ I said that’s impossible I tried another email knowing i hadn’t uses obviously nothing . Now i realize there must be either a ton of fake stuff returned or i don’t know why the heck she would not accept the original slip . I had no phone service in the mall so could not pick up an email . Eventually i got my paypal info i then eventually found the email . Now as a middle aged not techy woman the whole experiencince was a joke . Why the heck not accept the packing slip ?? I even had all bracelet etc still in the flat box . So moral of the story if i could not find the email I could not have exchanged my item . EVEN THOUGH IT SAID JUST BRING original packing slip which i did . Overall not a good experience .

As soon as i walked in there was probably 2 other customers but not one employee acknowledged me yet there were like 5 employees. They just all looked at me as if i was in the wrong place. Then the associate came over and was rude. I bought 2 charms regardless because i needed a present.

When i go shopping i want to see what I’m going to buy i don’t want people to tell me what i want they act like you going to steal the merchandise, why u can’t take out a trade say don’t touch it, and see if u like anything.. is like you let them know what you want and wherever they think you like they will bring it to you!! I don’t like that at all.. i shop with my eyes if i like something i will say this n that n that’s it.. I’m very fast at shopping i have the money i buy and keep it going… if you guys experience of people stealing all the time then get a security guy because not everyone is the same.. i want to buy what i want what i like not what u might think i like is that’s simple!

I went for a change and when I opened the box in my house I realized that she gave me the same bracelet that I went to return.

Because I went to exchange a present no to buy anything, but because of that she didn't treat me well.
