The associate was nice and very attentive to her dale and select a beautiful addition to the item I chose. That being said she was in a rush to finalize the sale and charged me incorrectly. I didn’t notice until the following day looking online at other charms and found a discrepancy in the amount charged and the prices listed on line for the item I purchased. I had to contact the store and come in, taking further time out of my day to get a merch card. Yes, the problem was resolved but if it hadn’t been for me looking further in to my receipt I would have overpaid nearly $11 dollars

The store said it would open at 10 am so we arrived at ten knowing thst this location gets a long line. But unfortunately it didn’t open at ten it opened at 11. They changed the hours but not online or with the mall’s knowledge. The associate said it was cause they were short staffed. Unfortunately I know had to pay for an extra hour of parking because I had to wait there to have your store open.

When I arrived in the store the sales associate didn't seem interested in helping me the whole process was very rushed

We felt extremely rushed. We asked the girl for help on choosing charms and gave her ideas that we had in mind, and she really wasn't very helpful. They also wouldn't clean our bracelets saying that they didn't have the machine and had a schedule. Seemed like they were just prioritizing sales.

I love Pandora I went to the one in queens center mall second time I always buy myself a Pandora ring or charm I felt like to sales rep was not friendly in helpful even though I told her what I was looking . Not good service she made me uncomfortable. I did buy one ring and decided not to purchase anything else because of how she made me feel . I will go to the Pandora on Austin street in queens to complete my Birthday Day Gift to myself sorry with the time we are living is I I stand but a little kindness and snails with the eyes go’s a long way I just did not feel welcome there

Well in my visit to the store , the door was close halfway with a band and they see the people and they don’t say anything until you try to enter then in a bad mood they let you know that you can’t enter until they let you , If I didn't have to buy what I had in mind, I would be gone, terrible service, they don't treat people well…

I was dissatisfied that they put sale items in a paper box instead of a regular Pandora box. I spent over 300 and the associate didn’t even give me a bag for the paper bag. Very disappointed and it encourages me not to spend extra money.

I ask to clean my bracelet and they couldn’t do it and it’s my daughter birthday and I want it to look clean

No me gusto el trato de la persona que nos atendió cuando agarré el arete para ver cómo se le podía ver a mi bebé obispen ningún momento se lo iba a poner jamás y me gritó ey no puedes ponerle el arete que mala manera de atender me encanta todo lo de Pandora pueden ver mi historial pero el trato de esta persona súper pésimo quede muy insatisfecha con el trato todo lo iso muy rápido no me enseño casi nada todo yo lo busqué ella muy muy mal
