I had bought a ring from the one in the city. I remember walking in and telling the guy I saw some rings online and he instantly pulled out a tray with rings that were $100 and less and pretty much all the rings I saw online and in the booklet. The ring was the wrong size for the person that I bought and I had to return it, so I went to the local store in my mall. As soon as I walked in I approached a worker and asked for the same tray, the one with the rings online and under $100. She looked at me so confused and said rings are spread out around the store. Basically, I never got to see any of the rings that I would have liked to exchange mine for and ended up having to buy charms. She basically kept showing me the booklet and wanted me to point to things I wanted and she would go bring them to me. Anyways I just won't go to this Pandora anymore.

The Jackson heights store checked and said there were 4 more rings in size 6 at queens center mall location. When I arrived the staff was very rude and said they don’t have in that size. Only after I insisted they checked in back if store and found there were 3 more in size 6.

Since the moment I came to th store nobody told me that I had to make a line for them to be able to even speak to me! Also people were in the way of even seeing the shelves. The catalogs were old according to them - so the prices were higher; SO where are we supposed to see the available merchandise? AND SO ON, SO ON

They weren't very persuasive with their products. Also their overall price made me dissatisfied.

The things there are way too expensive. My sales person showed me thing i didn’t want. Wasted my time.

Customer service sucks, the sales associates don’t pay attention to customers all they do is talk amount them and waste time because all they focus is to talk to each other about their personal issues.
