I did not like the long wait while sales associates walk around not doing anything. I also did not like that I had to repeat my needs to the sales associate assisting me.

Sales associates spent more time inside and chit chatting than helping customers. Spent over 2 hours on line. Extremely dissatisfied.

During my in-store shopping trip, there was a promotion going on: receive a free jewelry box over a $125 purchase. I spend more than double that amount, and according to the terms and details online, I would be able to receive up to 3 jewelry boxes per amount that I reached. Since I spent over $250, I was expecting to get 2 boxes. Unfortunate, the sales associate did not honor this despite me showing her the terms on your website. I was very dissatisfied with your company during this shopping trip; it would have been nice to receive and gift a jewelry box each for the 2 bracelets that I had purchased for mother’s day.

There was about 6 employees and they were all talking with each other, no sense of urgency. I had to wait about 15 minutes to see someone. This isn’t the first time. About a month ago, I went in to the same store and I had to wait a long time I ended up leaving. The employee doesn’t know how to read the customer. I had never owned my own, I normally get stuff fir my mother and sister, since I’m having a baby I figured I should start one to celebrate my unborn baby girl. I had to keep telling her to show me one that was completed so I can have an idea of what to do. Eventually I walked away from the table found one and started telling her what I wanted. Had she understood my body language she could have made one with 5 clips and I would have spent more money. I let spending about $400. Thr store did have nice things, I was pleased with the product. Service could be ALOT BETTER.

40 minute wait, once in the store and picking your bracelet then another 20 minutes wait to pay. The plus is that the girl was giving out bottle of water.

Sales person was focusing on showing what she wanted and not listening to what I wanted to see. I was not able to enter the store prior a sales rep was available to pull items from a tray. I asked how the bracelets work since it was my first time and associate was not able to explained. She said, charms and must purchase dividers to not damage the bracelet.

I felt rushed and the employee didn’t want to help with the sale options. She was annoyed that I didn’t want to buy a bunch of charms that she recommended. I wanted help with sale stuff and patience while I looked at what I wanted. I didn’t Get any of that. This trip wasn’t a successful trip. I wish the employee was nicer and had more patience.

I had to stand outside of the store to return my item while others behind me were brought into the store. Then when I asked to exchange the item the woman had me look up the item on my phone instead of showing me the items related to what I wanted. It was an item easy to find. When I complained about standing outside they brought me in the store and then asked me if I had to original box which was in the woman’s hand and did t want to pack my items in a bag. The woman got upset that I told her she had everything in front of her. I’m upset at this point because the service is just horrible. The mgr doesn’t even bother to help or say anything even though she was standing there. Very disappointed in this store. I will not be returning to this store and turned me off from buy other products if I have to continuously have attitudes and mistreated. This is not the first time this has happened other friends have complained about the workers attitudes. It’s horrible.

The sales associate had a very bad attitude, very rude and disrespectful. Was not at all interested in helping me. Wanted to help others, constantly kept me waiting and was VERY RUDE when I asked questions or asked for assistance. I been to other Pandora stores and the girls on the floor were always so nice and helpful. My mom loves pandora that’s why I always am ready to make a hefty purchase during all my visits. But this visit was horrible. This sales associate, Danna was not interested in helping me at all. I ended up settling for a few charms and bracelet piece only since she was not interested in helping me at all. This my first time coming to this location and honestly biggest mistake ever. At some point I thought I won’t even make a purchase at all because of the disrespect I felt in the store by Danna. But I wanted to get another bracelet for my mom so I just settled for whatever I could. She was Constantly cutting me off when I try to speak, ignoring me and giving me an attitude. She had no interest to help me at all. I felt rushed, disrespected, humiliated and unwelcome during my visit. And I don’t ever want to go to this location ever again
