I enter to the store I ask the men who show me the ring and I ask him did you know how much it is the tax he didn’t know he was no friendly at all and the others girls did no come just him almost empty the store but he did no give me a smile and hurry to charge talking to his coworkers also

Asked the assistant manager if she had anymore star wars charms left in stock. She said “no and they were discontinued” I showed her on my phone and said “even though it says you have the one I would like in stock on line?” Then mysteriously she showed me the one I was interested in and another. She never remained me the receipt but I did receive this survey. This was the Pandora in the Queens Center mall in Queens NY.

My order was processed In the morning at 9am there was an estimated time of four hours to process my order I got to the store around 2:20pm my order still wasn’t ready. There was three associates not one greeted me at entering the store. The girl who helped me said my order will not be ready for another 1-2 hour so I asked if she could let me see the item and she lied and said they didn’t have any more of the products upon checking online, the inventory was in fact available she was just lazy and didn’t want to help me. I am very disappointed I will never come to this Pandora again.

I went to three locations on Monday because nobody had the size I needed. Came to final location and was told different information. Unable to complete my purchase after traveling and waiting in line for 2 hours. Manager was not willing to assist. Very upsetting

I bought a ring for my girlfriend that she really wanted and 3 days later my girlfriend notices there is a black line where the ring was on her finger. I am very dissatisfied because I paid $125 for "real silver" and it tarnishes, this is the worse experience ever.

Number one I am a 65 your old woman with a disability I order something on line to pick up at the store because my plan was to fix a charm that my granddaughter owns my oder was cancelled on the computer because it was ready in 3 days which I guess I am to blame for that then I go to find out with no letters in the mail my 3,000 dollar credit card was lowered to a 100.00 wasn't able to buy anything thur all this I was on the phone forb45 mins in the start waiting to find out why a purchase of 165.00 wasn't going thur I was embarrassed and the young girls at the store couldn't help me and I have very.good credit 705 I have no idea what is going on with community back but it cost me 35.00 in cap going and coming for nothing
