The sales associate was rude. They acted as if they didn’t wanna help anyone. Their attitudes sucked to be honest.

I went to the pandora in queens center mall and the assistant manager “Nancy” was very unprofessional by rolling eyes because the sale associate was using the engraving machine and we were taking a little long and she want me to wait so she can use the machine because she also had a customer. I said that I got there first and that I also wait for an associate. She was saying a lot of things on my back. That I also had to pay the items before using the machine. Like I was asking her o anybody for a favor. I was doing a purchase with my money no someone else to be treated like that. As manager she was very very very disgusting. I’m a customer of this store because I live a block away but we her this will make think before return to the store.

At the pandora store in queens center mall, I waited on line maybe a half an hour no problem. I get in the store I wanted to buy about 6 charms and repair or replace one charm. I also wanted to get my daughter's bracelet cleaned. The sales associate was extremely not helpful, unprofessional and was not knowledgeable of anything. I kindly asked for another sales associate and she brings the store manager then things really became bad. The store manager was very rude, unpleasant, unprofessional and not helpful at all. I left the store not buying anything and only replacing my charm due to how I was treated. I guess maybe the color of my skin was a problem. I felt so disappointed and disrespected. I am of a military family I was treated as if I was nothing. I would NEVER go back to the pandora at queens center mall I have told everyone I know about my treatment there.

I asked the sale associate Lillian R. to show me multiple of the same charm so I was able to pick one with the best color and she didn't. Also I asked her if I could have the charm on the display and she said no. If I willing to buy the display charm why can't they sale it? That charm showed the colors beautifully. The charm I am talking about is the togetherness tree Murano glass dangle charm, she had two on display and the one she showed me. She claimed she had two of those charms and yet only showed me one and tried to trick by saying they were different when it clearly was the same one she showed me. Customer service needs to be better, trained them better because they really don't help or at least try to. Very dissatisfied.

i had order 2 items online and I have received and e-mail stating you only had one of the items in store. The item with the lesser value was there. I had used a coupon that had given me a discount on my order. But the item of the greater value according to you was not in the store. Now I had called the store to make sure both items were there before making my online order and was told yes. when i went to pick up the order i asked the girl if the item you cancelled was in stock and she said yes. I had asked if they had sold out and explain why I was asking this. She had said no they had the item the whole time. So now I had purchased the item at the higher price. I feel you had taken advantage of me to get more money out of me. Shame on you because me and my wife shop at Pandora all the time, I guess we will be limiting our purchases to only if we need a gift.

The Sales Associate was rude and had an attitude towards us. No patience and was assuming stuff before we even began our shopping experience. We understand we need to go in and out due to covid but she made us feel like we were just wasting her time which we weren't cuz we did our fair purchase.

The sale associate was rude with me the customer.Associate told me that the store was close even if it was 8:25 pm, store closes at 9:00pm, then I told her I called for my order to be picked up outside the store,she let me on the line.I waited on that line till 8;50-9:05.Didn’t let me use an active military discount.

The sales associate Mileni was extremely rude yelling at me across the room like I was a kid I front of other customers. She was very aggressive really bad customer service
