First of all we waited on line for an hour and a half! The workers were inept. We told the worker specific charms that we wanted and she reassured me that they were in stock. However when they finally let us in the charms were never in stock. The one worker who was helping us was doing a very poor job and slow. Overall it was a terrible experience!!

I spend 500.00 dollars in the estore for Mother’s Day gifts and the size of the bracelet is to big for my mother y try to change the size and they tell me I can’t because since I take the item home I can’t change the size and now I have a bracelet the she no gonna wear thank to the employees on the store Giselle M #190056 I don’t have nothing against the store but if you buy a gift for someone and do th fit the person what whit so pose to do....

Pandora had a sale, spend $125, get a free bracelet. I spent over $200 dollars and pandora didn’t care to provide me with the sale of the free bracelet or free anything. Other stores had the sale but the one I went too. The sale associated didn’t try to give me something else worth the same price for free or anything like that. I was highly disappointed. I found out they wasn’t going to give me anything after I purchased the order. Was extremely disappointed!

I was charged full price during Black Friday. The associate was not knowledgeable on the items I was looking for. They are all rude no one there look like they are interested in being there.

I’ve come to this queens center mall location 4 times now sporadically over 2 years and each time there’s an issue why they can’t perform a cleaning. I have been shopping with pandora 5 years now I have two bracelets that are filled with authentic charms friends and family gift me charms for birthdays, anniversaries and milestones. On Friday I’ll be 30 my best friend and I came to the QUEENS CENTER MALL location spent $200, was told there’s no cleaning due to covid while a woman at the very next counter had two young ladies hand cleaning charms for her. I find that’s very unprofessional and I even asked twice and was told flat out no! I will never shop at this location again.

The lady that worked with me in the store her name was Tanya S was super super helpful very sweet, nice, polite and she helped me and mom with a lot of care and patience.

I made a purchase and picked up the items curbside I called a couple times before the store closed because I did not get my e-receipt very disappointed they couldn’t fix this issue still waiting for that electronic receipt
