By Long Time Pandora Customer | 1/23/2020
I was picking up some items I called for and I had to wait 50 minutes online to be served. When I got on line, there were only 4 people ahead of me. When I walked in there were only two Pandora associates up in the front. One was with a woman for 45 minutes, but after ringing her up, she continued to talk to the lady and the line had grown to 10 people on line. They had put the wrong item on hold for me. Another associate was hand polishing a bracelet and then used the machine. When I've gone into a store to get a bracelet cleaned and they're busy, I'm told to come back another time when they are not busy. She was with this customer still when I left. A third associate came out after about 15 minutes after I got on line. She was really the only one taking care of customers because the other two were stuck with the same customers. There was an "inventory specialist" in the back who should have been called to help the customers. It took me over one hour to pick up and purchase my items. And by the way, none of the associates were wearing any Pandora jewelry which I know is a requirement.

I tried to make a purchase at JFK (terminal 8) and there were no boxes for the item. I had the same issue at Queens Center Mall. The box for the item I bought was dirty. My wife did not appreciate that fact that I gave her a gift for our anniversary in a dirty box.

I was charged for the the wrong item & was told by phone to bring the items back to the store. They were already given away so I couldn't bring them. The salesperson knew I wasn't trying to spend a lot on co-workers. I can't say I will be returning to the store.

I had to return a gift. The sales associate was able to find the product i wanted to exchange it for. However, she held the product in her hand the entire time, not setting it down so I could fully see it. I asked to purchase a shiny cloth which she said was $5 and I said that was great and I wanted one. When i left the store I did not receive the cloth. When I got home, I noticed the earrings I purchased were BROKEN. the post on one of the earrings was broken, which explains why the sales associate held it in her hand the entire time. This item was a final sale item. I called the store immediately after getting home 4 times and an answering machine picked up every time. My family has spent thousands of dollars at pandora, and after this terrible experience I will NOT be back. Unacceptable customer service. How can you sell something that is final sale knowing it is very clearly broken and unusable?

I had been there a few days before. Manager LIA declined my return. I bought some charms at the newport mall and I was never mentioned sales items weren't exchange or returned. I had to go back to that location because that manager made an exception to credit me or exchange my returned.very helpful and nice to make sure not to loose a customer. While here at this location the manager LIA being a manager of retail should know better. Today I tried to return a ring that I bought yesterday and when I got home I had something similar so I tried to return it but once again this manager LIA declined my return because I needed to bring my other reciept from my exchange. The sales lady yesterday told me that incase I wasn't satisfied with the return I could bring it back but was I told I needed all my receipts. The only thing they do it's we can not return it. Manager did tried to help me. I apply for the Pandora card ,now I'm closing it, I will never recommend no one to this store. I will closed my account, this store lost a customer. Customer service is the worst.

When I first arrived in the store, I was ignored by the associates for about five-ten minutes. The only one who noticed me was the employee ringing someone up at the register. When she was finished ringing up the customer, she introduced herself as Leah and asked me if I was being helped. I showed her my list of items that I wanted to purchase. She asked me to hold on for a minute then she came and assisted me. She helped me pick out a bracelet and find all the charms I needed. Then she rang me up. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was very grateful.

The sales assistance Gissele was professional, polite and went beyond to make sure my needs were met. She really did take the time and interest to make sure I was satified. I for sure would highly recommend her if and when I sent someone to Pandora.

I walked I into the store , it just open but there was a extremely long line . I waited 25 minutes to be served . I wanted managers get papers then go to the back , I watched a manager with keys check on associates taking care of customers . I saw no one come to the long line and say acknowledge the customers , hey sorry for the wait we will be right with you. I watch girls come in talk to their fellow coworkers , be by the register but yet no letting the customers know we going to take care of you . I felt as a manager myself that line is money our customers let me help since they are waiting so long nothing . When I finally saw the sales girl , I got what I needed and will never ever go back again . I at least needed help putting the charm on my wife's bracelet, but I had to do it myself on their counter . This is not my wife's favorite Pandora store but I told her let's see how it is . The worst experience the definition of true customer service wasn't there.
