They had customers standing on line outside the store for at least 1 hr just to get in, then after you picked out your merchandise another 15 to 20 minutes to be checked out. Then they were not telling you if the stuff you looking to buy is even in stock or not.

Sale person Miranda was very rude and sarcastic. When asked about the merchandise she was not knowledgeable at all. I have never, ever experience such rudeness in my years of shopping at other Pandora Stores as I did in the one at Queens Blvd. People like these give your Brand name a negative output. I will make sure this store is rated in Yelp or Facebook. Truly disappointed. I hope a VIP card and was not treated well at all. Miranda didn't want to accept my ten dollar coupon and I spend over $100 at the time. I was so upset I didn't use my Pandora Credit for this purchase. Hope this matter is address to avoid future incidents like these to continue at this store.

It took 1 hour to get to the store. Managers on dudy said they can't help clients until hour later when the line was out the door.
