I purchased a bracelet for my mom four years ago for which she never wore, so it was highly tarnished. We went to the store to get it cleaned and buy a replacement safety chain as she broke the original one as she didn’t understand how to put the bracelet on and off. The SA was patient, engaging and recommended a clip safety chain that worked out well. My mom is 73 and the level of professionalism and gratitude for the customer made it for an exceptional Pandora experience. My mom wore her bracelet out of the store and vowed to wear it going forward. Pandora you have trained your staff well! Respect and gratefulness for each customer is evident. I took a photograph of my mom sitting in your store and it is one of my favorite photos, as I got to shop with my mom in Pandora!!!! Again, thank you. Blessings.
