Sales associate Yalenice was very welcoming and patient with my customized pendant. She took her time achieving a sketch that I was happy with. She also took my opinions into consideration and showed interest in my request. Thanks to her I have a new customized Bad Bunny pendant necklace that I love! Thanks again!
