Very nice people

Yesterday 6/25/22 I visited the Pandora store in Queen Center in NY. i went when it first opened to avoid any crowds. i was shopping for my daughter’s graduation gift. Sophia H engaged me immediately. She asked what i was shopping for and She had get ideas. She was very knowledgeable and kind. i’m very happy with my purchase. i asked for a manager just to tell them how great she was. She said i am the Manager. Kudos to her!! i will be back.

Compared to my experience in the Jackson Heights location, the Queens Center Mall location was completely the opposite. The staff, especially Harper, was amazing. She walked me through all the components of a bracelet since it was my very first. I’ve never had such a great customer service experience. She was very patient with me and never made me feel rushed to make a decision, instead she encouraged me to make the right decision, no matter how many options we displayed on the bracelet. I really hope this survey can get her somewhere because I can definitely see her at a higher position and leading other staff to provide amazing service.
