First of all, the sale representative Sharon, acknowledge my presence in the Pandora store in less than one minute. She was courteous, polite, and patient. She requested my E-mail in order to send me my warranty for the item purchase and my receipt.

Went to pandora store with the interest of making my birthday wish list instead I bought the merchandise with my new pandora charge card that I sign up in the store lol..!!

I like the way the sales associated helped me find what I wanted. I got everything me and my fiancé together picked. I’m very excited to be able to replace my lost pandora bracelet.

Item I wanted was in stock. The worker was nice. Wasn’t pack in the store.

They were helpful with my exchange of my damaged item. They told me that they weren't aware of the return /exchange policy that is provided in the website. Perhaps training in that area would be helpful to your employees. They found my transaction with my email, but it seemed they weren't going to do the exchange if i didn't show them the policy that was provided online.
