Based on my experience today shopping with Cynthia, she was very patient and explained all of the products, I told her from my past experience u wasn’t satisfied because the person wasn’t patient with me and rushed me to buy something. With cuando this she took her time and I was able to buy a bracelet with three charms and protection for my bracelet!
