The main purpose of my latest visit was to get my rings and bracelets cleaned as well as to add a new charm. The sales associate that assisted me yesterday simply exceeded my expectations. She was extremely friendly, helpful and just amazing. No other associate has ever put the time and effort she did into cleaning my jewelry. She left them super shiny! I hadn't seen that shine since I first purchased each one of them! Literally the best sales associate I've ever encountered in all of my Pandora visits in different locations in Queens. Her name is Mariell she is located at the store in queen center mall, she truly deserves the recognition.
