I am always treated with a smile and Respect when I go to My Local Pandora Store at Queens Center Mall in Rego Park New York. The Sales Associates are fantastic! Always leave their very happy and pleased. They are great putting a bracelet design together for you! I love going there!

The sales girl sharon S, at pandora at queens mall was very helpful I spent almost 800 dollars worth of charms for 2 of my girls ages 9 and 21 and for myself the only problem I had was I am a older person and it would be nice if they had stools to sit at I got to the store at 945am I was the second person to be seen plus sharon helped me get a pandora credit card and cleaned my charm bracelet but by the time I got out it was 1120am it was alot for me to stand but sharon S is a very sweet and helpful person

The sale representative kami was very Helpful and polite it’s my second purchase in a few weeks I returned to the store because of her.

The person at the front of the store wasn’t that friendly, however the sales person which did attend me was super helpful and very friendly.

Gisele and Anthony were tremendous help and tried to help us in any way possible. We explained Whst we were looking for and they made suggestions. Giselle was very approachable and made sure we did not leave unsatisfied. She was very patient and knew your product really well

Employee who helped me with the refund was excellent. She(unaware of her name) was outside the store helping the customer with all problems. Very patient and friendly. I would also love to mention the name of Jade who assisted me over phone was amazing too. Jade with great care heard my problem and wanted me to come in store and get the refund done.
