I am really satisfied with the pandora experience, this is my second time shopping at the store with my daughter and she was very pleased. The customer services was over the top excellent, and very friendly my daughter was very happy. The customer service overall was excellent which made our experience excellent.

The person who helped was super friendly. She had a lot of knowledge and even noticed one of the the stoppers I purchased was incorrect. It wasn't a stopper. She recommended a new one & was able to put something in the charm still I purchased another one.

Associate was very helpful. She not once tried to sell something I didn’t want. Showed me exactly what I ask for and was extremely helpful and very professional.

I went in last night with my 10 year old nephew to by my sister a bday gift. Ashley the sales associate was amazing! Great attitude super helpful and friendly. She definitely made the experience better. My nephew was nervous going in but that quickly went away as she was super helpful!
