My second time back I made two separate punches. This time I had Danna, THEE absolute sweetest honestly. I had a bracelet prior for some years, however i didn’t keep it up to par, and the clasp would open and my charms would slip off. So naturally I stopped wearing it, and it needed THE WORKS of cleaning and she was so patient with it. Anywho, she let me know the proper way to secure my charms as well as the THREADING to the bracelet, trying to remove my left over charms from the old bracelet to put on my new bracelet, the threading to the old bracelet was worn out. She even sold me on a necklace with my kids , husband and I birthstone. She’s awesome.

The Sales Associate Citally was very helpful with finding what I needed and making my purchase. She was very efficient and gave helpful feedback. Only thing was that the other ring I wanted she said they didn’t have in my size but online says they do so I’m not sure but i’m definitely going to return tomorrow. I would recommend her to anyone shopping at the Pandora in the mall.

Citlally, was so patient with me. I came in thinking I knew what I wanted already to just be in and out of the store, boy was I wrong (laughs) She showed me other options and my mind completely changed. I loved the way she put the charms together. I’m not one to mix tones but the rose gold paired well with the pink stones along with my silver bangle.. she also informed me of the proper way to care for my charms to prevent from losing them as well as how to clean it. 10/10 I’ll go back for Citlally

I asked for a certain piece of jewelry and the one the lady presented to me was to my liking. Therefore, I purchased the item and was highly satisfied with what I bought.

She was very knowledgeable. She helped me pick the one I wanted. Must shop there. The only thing that did not like was that they took way to long in taking customer. They should be more diligent with the location.

I came in thinking I knew what I wanted but the girl that was helping me showed me ones that were way better instead of letting me settle for what I came in asking for, she was very polite & arranged my charms in a way my brain would have NEVER lol I came in liking my bracelet and left LOVING my bracelet. When I go back I would go back specifically for HER.
