I am highly satisfied with pandora because the service provided was good. I didn’t have to wait a lot and they took precautions about covid-19. Everything was very safe.

The sales rep new her merchandise. She made sure whatever we were looking for she had it.She also suggested things that I didn't think of.

I was very satisfied with my purchase because of the sales associate named Jessica. She helped buy a bracelet for my mother’s birthday and even recommended me getting the clips so the charm won’t fall off. She’s amazing and definitely will come back because she went above and beyond in helping my mom get the best gift.

Good service and customer service

The sales associate that helped us was very sweet. She had patience either us in choosing the best charms for our daughter. Prices are a bit high, but worth the memories we will create with her using pandora charms. She just turned 10, and is in love with her new bracelet.

The sales associate was knowledgable, cautious with safety measures and efficient. I loved how fast everything was. The Pandora staff were all very equipped.

the line was short the sales associate was extremely nice and quick with everything that i needed. my purchase was exactly what i wanted and everything ran smoothly.

My Pandora experience was great! Prior to going to the Pandora at the Queens Plaza, they gave me the wrong charm for my bracelet that didn’t belong there.... and therefore the salesperson Valeria was very nice, and knew exactly what she was doing and talking about! I don’t know if I would come back, particularly because I don’t live in the area, but I definitely did love the exchange, it was smooth!

Our salesgirl at the QCM shop was charming & personable even for the small purchase we made. Ive spent thousands at your 6th Avenue & 33rd Street location in Midtown , NYC (not sure if you are still there) and the service was the opposite, not personable and snobbish, I swore id never shop you again, but alas my child wanted a specific ring, so I broke my promise. I mean Tiffany's is just a train ride away, BUT This experience with this young lady was 1000% better & restored my faith to purchase items for my daughter once again.
