I was able to find my receipt looking up my email address. I was able to switch out my damaged items. I wanted a new charm and it was in stock so I was able to get a new charm and cleaning product, which haven't been available at other locations.

I very Disappointed that they keep saying that you have online pick up in store which is not available when you speak A representative on in on the phone that’s what is said .Also your product online availability is not up-to-date

I didn't wait much time before I was brought in and immediately helped. I wanted a ring for my daughter and although they didn't have her size in many rings we were able, with the help of the associate to find something beautiful for her.

Giselle M made me and my sisters day at the store. She was very welcoming and helpful even though times are hard now a days. Her service was AMAZING she went above and beyond to help us. She is good at what she does. Did not try to over sell us made sure we were satisfied and helped us pick wonderful rings. She cleaned our old rings and also my bracelet with no problem. We will be coming back to this location because overall the experience was GREAT.
