i was very highly satisfied with my experience at pandora store because the sales lady took her time and patience with me showing me all the different charms and selection that i can choice from and i did not feel rush at all so my experience was wonderful.

Andrea was very polite look for what I asked for and also made suggestions on other items even if I said no she maid another was kind soft spoken answer all questions will be back soon to pick up some more pandora pendant on Black Friday hope you have nice one or new one thanks I got three so far all nice

2nd time in this location and since I was treated so nicely before I decided to come back and purchase a Christmas gift for my daughter. The new flat bracelet is exactly what my daughter likes, she does not like dangling charms. I had the same person that took care of me the first time and again I was very satisfied. of course I will be returning for add ons to the bracelets.

The store was very clean. The people were very nice. Customer service was PHENOMENAL.

My 10yr old daughter took me to purchase my bday present she wanted a bracelet and a blue charm but she only had $100 the sales girl was so help full she showed us so many different types but it totaled up to the $100 she was so patient and helpful. Please tell Andrea thank you her #164634.....
